DR. LEONARD E. WHITE

Dr. Leonard E. White was a visionary leader, devoted pastor, dedicated public servant, and passionate advocate for education and community empowerment. As the founder of The Leonard E. White Collaborative Educational Foundation, he believed that every individual deserved access to opportunities that would help them achieve their God-given potential.

Dr. White faithfully served the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for 34 years in Maintenance Management, where he earned the respect of colleagues and administrators alike through his professionalism, leadership, integrity, and commitment to excellence. His work ethic and dedication left a lasting impact on one of the nation's premier institutions.

In addition to his professional career, Dr. White devoted 36 years of pastoral service to Holy Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. Under his leadership, the church became a beacon of faith, hope, and community outreach. Through his preaching, teaching, mentorship, and servant leadership, countless lives were transformed, families were strengthened, and believers were encouraged to deepen their relationship with God.

Known for his wisdom, compassion, and unwavering faith, Dr. White possessed a unique ability to inspire the hearts of everyone he met.
