Her vision for the Foundation is centered on creating sustainable programs that not only meet immediate needs but also cultivate future leaders who will positively impact their communities.
Known for her compassionate leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to service, Franchesca believes that investing in young people is one of the most powerful ways to transform communities and create generational change.
Today, she remains dedicated to preserving the legacy of Dr. Leonard E. White while leading LEWCEF into its next chapter of growth, innovation, and community impact. "Our mission is not simply to help young people succeed today; it is to equip them to lead tomorrow."
